Edgewood

Edgewood by Kelly L (me)

First sentence: “There was a wall made out of trees.”

After Margarhet’s father, Lord Wardon, steals back the castle’s yearly forest tithe, the sudden disappearance of Maggie’s half-brother Corvin, the heir, can be no coincidence.  She launches a campaign into the Edgewood to recover him, but humans have kept out of the Edgewood for generations with good reason.  Someone lies at the heart of the forest who bears mankind no goodwill and won’t relinquish Corvin willingly–if at all.
